The role We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking Recruitment Advisor to join our volume recruitment team and be part of the exciting times ahead. You will work in a collaborative team of high performing, positive and passionate individuals and will manage a portfolio of front-line roles. You will be a true business partner, comfortable in managing stakeholder relationships and providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Source top talent using multiple attraction methods, including managing incoming applications and using various tools to proactively find candidates. E.g LinkedIn, Seek, and referrals and other relevant sourcing methods. Successfully manage candidates from application through to onboarding whilst providing an exceptional experience. Liaise with internal stakeholders, hiring managers and business partners to deliver on recruitment requirements in a timely and cost-effective way. Provide insights to the team and business on market trends, best hiring practice and relevant industry updates Drafting advertisements that attract and engage candidates for positions. Collaborate with the broader HR team, L&D and business partners to drive business outcomes What experience you’ll bring To be successful in this position you will be driven, resilient and passionate about recruitment with a focus on providing candidates with an excellent experience. Previous experience within internal or agency recruitment, preferably recruiting front-line staff. A passion for sourcing and securing the best talent in the market and providing a great candidate experience. Ability to work alongside senior leaders within the business to deliver on recruitment objectives Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders using a diplomatic and consultative approach. Qualifications in Business/Human Resources or related fields (desirable).
