About the role: We're seeking an Office Administrator to support our Human Resources (HR) Manager and assist the Finance department in day-to-day administrative tasks. This part-time role offers 30 hours per week with fixed hours, providing a stable and consistent schedule. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position is ideal for a proactive professional with strong organizational skills and a "can-do" attitude. Role & Responsibilities: HR Administration Provide general administrative support to the -HR Manager, including maintaining registers and filing employee records-Financial Controller, Perform routine data entry and document management for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to assist the Finance teamAssist with employee onboarding and offboarding processesHelp with recruitment tasks as neededUse established HR and finance systems to support reporting, auditing, and record-keepingAbout You To be successful in this role, you will have:Strong administrative and organizational skills with an eye for detailProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quicklyEffective problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistentlyExcellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approachPrevious experience in an office administration or HR support role (desirable but not essential)If you're looking for a stable, part-time role where you can broaden your skills and contribute to both HR and Finance, this opportunity is for you!
