As they continue to grow, they are looking for a strategic thinker to enhance business processes and performance.About The RoleAs the Business Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in identifying inefficiencies, analysing business performance, and implementing process improvements across multiple locations. Reporting to the CFO, you will provide data-driven insights, develop business strategies, and lead initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness. Your expertise in financial analysis, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement will be instrumental in driving performance across the organisation.Key Responsibilities :Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.Work closely with senior management to develop and implement business improvement strategies.Oversee financial analysis and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Lead projects from conception to execution, tracking progress and ensuring successful outcomes.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.Provide coaching and support to teams to ensure sustained improvements.Manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.About YouYou are a commercially savvy and results-driven professional with a passion for continuous improvement.
