As the Safety Business Partner (implementation) you will work with limited supervision as part of the Health Safety Wellbeing team within Organisational Culture unit in the Business and Corporate Services directorate to lead continual improvement activities to ensure compliance of the OIR HSW Management Systems as well as support continual improvement OIR's safety performance.
This is one of two roles that will work together to provide the ongoing development, monitoring and tactical implementation of OIR's Health Safety Wellbeing Management System and its consultation and communication framework.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Provide effective project management in the development and delivery of health and safety programs of work, based on the needs of OIR incorporating governance documentation and reporting, ensuring that project milestones are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
2. Identify risks in achieving project deliverables, develop solutions and provide advice to the Manager HSW and project executives accordingly.
3. Deliver key activities, services and provide coaching in relation to the implementation of the OIR HSW Management System
