About the Role
The Department for Child Protection seeks Business Managers to join the Residential Care unit's recruitment pool.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team in ensuring effective coordination and delivery of administrative support functions, IT services, WHS, human resources processes, and documentation.
* Contribute to business planning outcomes, including development, review, and implementation.
* Analyze financial reports and prepare monthly income and expenditure reporting requirements.
* Maintain IT systems within the Office, coordinating resolutions to hardware and software problems with Corporate IT staff.
About You
We seek a confident individual with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
You will have:
* Demonstrated ability to achieve positive business results by delivering effective outcomes.
* Proven experience in budget planning, preparation, and reporting, as well as knowledge of government accounting standards and policies.
* Experience in reviewing existing work practices, systems, and procedures to pursue best practice opportunities.
