You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to mental health consumers, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective and consumer-focused services.
Your expertise will contribute to best practice models of care, supporting a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.In this role, you will also engage in the supervision and teaching of RANZCP registrars, trainee medical officers, medical students, and allied health professionals.
You will be actively involved in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, research, and ongoing professional development.
