Business Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Upgrade (6-Month Contract) Location: Melbourne A global client is embarking on a critical upgrade from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA ahead of the 2027 support deadline. To support this transition, an experienced Business Analyst is required for an initial 6-month contract, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective implementation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for the SAP S/4HANA upgrade. Assess current processes within SAP ECC6 and define improvements for the transition to S/4HANA. Support data migration, system testing, and UAT phases to ensure seamless functionality. Identify potential risks and challenges, providing recommendations to mitigate issues. Work with key stakeholders to ensure business readiness and change management. Liaise with SAP consultants and implementation partners to align project deliverables with business needs. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst on SAP upgrade or implementation projects. Strong understanding of SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA, including business processes and system capabilities. Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping. Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience with data migration, UAT, and post-go-live support is highly regarded.
