The Role:
As an NDIS Support Coordinator with Infinity Coordination & Supports, you'll play a crucial role in helping participants achieve their goals. Your responsibilities include identifying service options, coordinating supports, and strengthening participants' abilities to self-direct their NDIS plans.

Skills and Experience:
While certifications, and previous experience is valued, a passion for life and a positive attitude are your greatest assets. We provide full training and support for candidates who are a great fit for our team.
However, previous experience as a Support Coordinator, and relevant qualifications are desirable!
Your Responsibilities:
Empower Participants: Assist participants to implement their NDIS plans, explore options for services/providers, and coordinate services that match their unique needs.
Community Explorer: Transform participants into community explorers! Strengthen their abilities to self-direct their supports and dive headfirst into a world of exciting opportunities.
Build Meaningful Connections: Get ready to make lifelong relationships! Develop meaningful relationships with participants and their families while maintaining professional boundaries.
Budgeting: Monitor plan outcomes and spending to ensure every dollar is put to good use, ensuring that participants receive the best services within budget.
⚖️ Accountability: Hold mainstream and community services accountable for fulfilling their obligations to the participant, from housing to health.
️ Record-Keeping Guru: Keep things organized and efficient with clear and accurate records of information, time, and billing.
Stakeholder Collaborator: Build rock-solid relationships with stakeholders and agencies to enhance our services and meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Crisis Resolution Pro: Be a guiding star during challenging times, helping participants develop resilience and conquer adversity.
Successful Applicants will be:

To be considered for the role, you will need to hold (or be willing to obtain):
* NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
* Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19.
* Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable car with comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.
* Cert in Disability, Community services, Nursing, or equivalent (preferred).
* Working with Children's Check.
