The role is approximately 60% Chapter Lead & Contributor, with 40% Product Ownership expectations. Measure and demonstrate the direct and indirect value that your team and products have enabled or are bringing to ANZ and its customers Manage the full lifecycle of advanced analytics assets and products, including model lifecycle and risk management, version control, effectiveness monitoring and any necessary actions Work closely with personalisation product owners, senior leaders and product tribes to understand their roadmaps and strategies, and identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics capabilities and deliverables in order to drive higher engagement and impact, growing customer relationships Actively influence stakeholders and peers to change their thinking and roadmaps Help stakeholders and peers know when and how to use Advanced Analytics products including ad-hoc advanced analysis, predictive models, descriptive models, prescriptive analytics, clustering and segmentation models to improve customer targeting and campaign optimisation Bring best practice examples and industry and market knowledge to the Personalisation portfolio, and influence peer and stakeholder adoption and thinking Enable collaboration and knowledge sharing between the product ownership community, tribe members, vendors and external sources Represent your chapter capability into business stakeholders (who are not data-savvy), articulate where and how chapter capabilities and deliverables can and should be deployed, align and integrate plans with stakeholders and deliver key inputs that enable significant and impactful shared outcomes What will you bring? A strong background in data analytics and story telling and a keen ability to build high quality, scalable data products Extensive applied data science experience across a broad spectrum of work/deliverables in marketing, personalisation or behavioural analytics Experience with delivering data outcomes at scale and proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (Python, Java, Scala, Spark) Experience and proficiency in at least one high-volume data processing environment (Teradata, Oracle, Cloudera, BigQuery or equivalent) Extensive experience with tools and techniques for analysis, data manipulation and presentation (e.g. SQL, Python, R, Tableau, SAS, QlikSense/QlikView) Extensive experience working within cross-functional, agile or continuous delivery teams Strong ability to translate data insights into practical business recommendations Strong practical experience with SQL and ability to interrogate, combine and analyse data across disparate platforms Ability to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate So why join us?
