About your new job Due to some positive changes within the team, we are seeking and Administration Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Leasing team. Your duties will include but not be limited to – Administer and update the lease database, ensuring timely monthly reporting to internal stakeholders. Assist with the preparation and distribution of monthly lease reports for the management team Support facilities management and facilitate lease option renewals. Execute lease documentation accurately and implement lease templates. Manage monthly rental payments, review rent, and outgoings increases, and action notices to landlords. Provide high-quality service and lease advice to internal stakeholders, preparing clear and concise instructions. Manage the register of bank guarantees, cash deposits, and prepare annual insurance declarations General accounting administration such as invoicing – checking and processing, bank guarantees etc. About you Previous experience in an Administrative role You will have previous experience with CRM and software Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills You will be professional, self-motivated and courteous What’s in it for you?
