we are currently seeking a dynamics and experience Finance professional to join us as our Regional Finance Manager.You will be a key member of the regional leadership team and the primary liaison as the regional financial lead.You will be responsible for effective forecast and budget management in line with contractual requirements.Please note that this role is for mid-January 2025 start.An overview of the role: Provide strategic financial advice to the leadership team Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery across the region Lead and develop the regional finance team Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for both client and JLL Manage invoice processing and payment Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audits Manage and develop the team to exceed client expectations, maintain high performance, and ensure clear goals and succession plans.Requirement: 10 years post formal finance qualification experience (CA, CPA) Prior experience in real estate finance or related field, ideally in a multinational environment will be a distinct advantage Strong financial management and leadership skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trusting and productive cross-regional and cross-functional relationships Analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced
