The Work Health and Safety (WHS) Advisor provides practicalsupport and assistance to help Persons Conducting a Business orUndertaking (PCBUs) to understand their legislative work health andsafety responsibilities and implement effective safety systems tobetter manage their work health and safety risks.

SafeWork SA is a business unit within Attorney-General’sDepartment and is responsible for providing work, health andsafety, public safety, and state-based industrial relationsservices across South Australia. As a regulator, our Investigatorsand Inspectors ensure work, health and safety, and public safetystandards are met, and appropriate action is taken when breaches oflaws are detected. We also help people better understand their workhealth and safety responsibilities.

Special Conditions for Employment
