Our client, a global leader in integrated security and AI-powered IoT (AIoT) solutions, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team.
About the Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in providing expert technical support, assisting with pre-sales solutions, and ensuring seamless project delivery. You will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and promote innovative security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues;
* Assist in pre-sales support, including product selection, solution design, and PoC demonstrations;
* Deliver technical training to distributors and partners;
* Support project implementation, including installation guidance and troubleshooting;
* Promote new features and products to customers, supporting marketing initiatives;
* Manage RMA cases and compile technical documentation;
* Maintain high-quality service standards and achieve performance KPI.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus);
* Strong IT/networking skills with a hands-on problem-solving approach;
* Experience in the CCTV/surveillance/security industry;
* Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
* Willingness to travel extensively and work in a multicultural setting.
