Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development)
The Co-Group is currently looking for an Aged Care and Disability Support Worker to work around the Port Macquarie, Laurieton and surrounding areas. As a Support Worker, you will be required to support participants with daily living activities, including (but not limited to): domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, community access, assisting with medication, and companionship.
The successful candidate:
* FEMALE due to client preference
* Able to provide personal care
* Able to travel for or within services
* Is empathetic with a person-centered approach when supporting clients and participants
* Has excellent communication and documentation skills
* Is willing to provide all aspects of support
Requirements:
* A valid Driver's License (P1 and above) and access to a reliable, insured car
* NDIS Worker Check (for paid employment)
* Working With Children Check (for paid employment)
* First Aid and CPR (must be current or willing to obtain)

* Salary Packaging (up to $15,900, + meal/entertainment benefit $2650 per year)
