Lead the change, from the frontline
Based in Melbourne, Shell Energyare seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Operational Communications Manager to help support Shell Energy’s B2C growth ambitions and manage the delivery of operational, regulatory and compliance communications. You will be a process-driven, analytical thinker with specialist experience in the energy industry.
This role focuses on streamlining operational communications procedures to boost efficiency, minimize risk and improve the customer experience through managing key communications projects and supporting the launch of new products to market.
With honesty, integrity and respect, you will:
* Manage and execute all operational, regulatory and compliance-related communications, ensuring they are accurate, timely and comply with industry standards to reduce the risk of remediations;
* Identify opportunities to improve processes to improve efficiencies, accuracy and team cross-collaboration;
* Implement and maintain QA process to ensure high accuracy in all communications to minimise regulatory risk and improve the customer experience;
* Support the implementation of and improvement of key journeys and communications platforms; and
* Take a customer-focused lens to support message clarity.
What you’ll bring

* Energy industry marketing experience, specifically operational, regulatory and compliance requirements;
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;
* Experience managing stakeholders, timelines and prioritisation;
* Demonstrated experience with analytical thinking and problem solving;
* Knowledge of martech and privacy obligations;
* Advanced investigative and data analysis skills;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
* Proven time management and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
