We are working with a Global Managed Services Technology Organisation with leading offerings in networking, edge cloud, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.They work with Fortune 500, Global and ASX Listed Organisations and partner with Global Consulting Organisations Systems and Global/Local Systems Integrators to partner on Managed Services & Technology Services Opportunities and are accelerating their growth across APAC & ANZ.Channel & Alliances Business Development ManagerWe are looking for a Channel & Alliances Business Development Manager to handle indirect sales through channel partners, consultancy firms, and system integrators for managed services in the market.You would be managing relationships to look for managed services and technology services opportunities to collaborate, requiring a proactive business development approach to understand their pipeline of opportunities and customer engagements.The Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute the indirect sales strategy for managed services, focusing on system integrators and consultancy firms as key partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with top executives of the system integrators and consultancy firms, ensuring their engagement and commitment to promoting our managed services.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales enablement materials and programs for system integrators and consultancy firms.Train and educate system integrators on our managed services portfolio, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to engage our services.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adapt the sales strategy accordingly.Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on key metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and partner engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and operations teams, to ensure smooth delivery of solutions sold to the customer.Collaborate well with the Customer Success Team to ensure that the customer is well served post-delivery.Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in indirect sales and managed services.What We Look for in a Candidate:Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.Circa 7 years of experience in indirect sales, preferably in the managed services industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets selling through system integrators and consultancy firms.Strong understanding of the Australia/ANZ market and business culture.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade partners.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.For more information and to interview, please APPLY and/or share a CV asap with Peter at. #J-18808-Ljbffr
