Your role will support the Product Manager in backlog prioritisation, understanding and articulating value vs effort trade-offs and working collaboratively with the engineering team across various tasks including data analysis, stakeholder communications and more.What you offerExperience working as a Business Analyst in a software engineering teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate technical and business concepts to different stakeholdersSelf-motivated, accountable individual with an open mind and ability to challenge status quoStrong analytical skills with a proven ability to tease out problem statementsExperience working with service design, UX and UI design to ensure business requirements align with customer and user experienceAbility to analyse and interpret data, forming insights to inform business decisionsExperience with business process modelling, mapping workflowsExperience with banking products, technologies such as Pega, Temporal, Atlassian tool suite, building APIs, desiredWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
