Base pay range
A$13,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr
We’re partnering with a leading financial services organisation that’s undergoing a major digital transformation across its customer and marketing functions.
As part of this journey, they’re implementing a large-scale insurance platform upgrade and they need an experienced Change Manager Senior Analyst to help drive business readiness and stakeholder adoption.
You’ll play a key role in the rollout and adoption of a new, end-to-end insurance platform spanning group, corporate, and retail portfolios. You’ll be the conduit between technology and the business — translating platform capability into user-centric process documentation, managing change impact, and driving stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners (brokers, advisers, funds, and administrators).
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead business impact assessments and develop tailored change management strategies
* Design and update end-to-end processes using tools like Visio or Miro
* Influence and guide stakeholders through onboarding, adoption, and transition
* Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions on platform functionality
* Work closely with delivery teams, solution architects, and operational leads to align platform solutions with business objectives
* Support RFP/tender processes with platform insights and onboarding information
* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across user experience and service operations
About You:
* 7+ years in Change Management or Business Analysis within Agile project environments
* Demonstrated experience in customer-facing, B2B transformation programs
* Strong understanding of service operations, ideally within insurance or financial services
* Skilled in process mapping and stakeholder engagement across complex environments
* Able to balance platform capability with business requirements, identifying off-platform solutions when needed
* A confident communicator with a passion for enabling change
Nice to Have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Insurance, or IT
