The Opportunity:
We are excited to announce a rare and impactful career opportunity for a National Key Account Manager at Komatsu Australia. This dedicated role is essential for aligning Komatsu’s strategies with the vision, mission, and goals of our valued Key Accounts, specifically supporting BHP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the vital link between Komatsu Australia and Global Account and Factory Teams
* Develop, implement, and manage strategic plans tailored to meet Key Account objectives
* Continuously review and update these plans on a quarterly basis, ensuring they are communicated effectively within Komatsu to foster collaboration and engagement across relevant teams and departments
* Lead the relationship with the customer and support the regional teams to deliver to the customer requirements
