About the role: We have 2 roles available for a Regional Director, 1 role will be located in the Newcastle/Central Coast area and the other role will be located in the Wollongong/South Coast area. The Regional Director is responsible for the Operational performance of their team while leading by example and providing support, mentoring, engagement initiatives and constant communication to their team of Valuers. The Regional Director will lead change initiatives and ensure Opteon processes are embedded. Proactive performance management is essential with consistent performance reporting including TAT, Quality, Queries, Quoting, Financial & WIP Management targets, setting and making improvements to enhance overall performance of their team.
