DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* You will provide world class service for a portfolio of approx. 25 major accounts, strengthening relationship and looking for opportunities to upsell/cross sell. There will also be a component of looking for new business
* Develop new business opportunities within automotive, mining, industrial and power generation products
* You will typically spend 2 days in the office and 3 in the field, with a company vehicle provided for travel
* Develop relationships internally and externally
* Gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and commitment
* Plan and develop your workload to meet commitments of organizational goals
This role is a 11 month fixed term contract, commencing December 2024 through to the end of October 2025.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Energetic, outgoing personality with a win/win sales style
* Ability to lead and implement sales and marketing strategies and convert these to new business wins
* Good commercial knowledge, communication and presentation skills
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* To thrive on identifying new sales opportunities and have a proven ability to understand business requirements, identify prospects, develop proposals and close sales
