Lead the Charge in Commercial Finance – Commercial Manager (Mako Robotics)

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, this pivotal role places you in the heart of our Commercial Business Partnering team.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Lead the Mako commercial finance team to drive function performance with P&L ownership and management reporting.
* Business partner with divisions and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Lead the end-to-end forecasting and annual budgeting process, long-term strategic planning and provide advice on risks & opportunities.
* Support decision making through financial modelling, insights and analysis of key performance drivers.
* Lead investment appraisal reviews, business cases, pricing strategy and pre-alignment/approval processes and provide recommendations.
* Drive continuous process improvement, automation and implement best practices.
* Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to a high performing team.
Critical Requirements (e.g. skills, experience, qualifications):
* Bachelor’s degree in finance related topic is required
* Minimum of 8 years of experience.
* CA/CPA qualified or working towards it is strongly preferred
* Proven relationship building and influencing capabilities.
* Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
* Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge with the ability to leverage advanced formulas, Macros, tools and shortcuts to analyse and provide insights on data.
* Able to create advanced Power BI reports strongly preferred.
* Ability to provide coaching and support to other team members is preferred.
