The Role:
* Managing a tidy local portfolio
* Your own dedicated assistant to help with administrative tasks
* Exit & Entry reports
* Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
* Maintenance and repairs
* Nurturing client relationships
* Lease renewals
* Ensuring compliance is up to date
The Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in Property Management
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration
* Drivers license
* Hard-working and honest work ethic
* Trustworthy and reliable
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
