This opportunity involves creating unique campaigns, including digital and in-centre activities as well as engaging with local community groups and individual retailers to drive traffic flow.This position would be perfect for an existing retail marketing executive with creative flair, or a recent graduate looking to make their mark on the industry.Here's a snapshot of your day:Execute the Centre's marketing planEnsure spend is aligned to marketing budgetsReporting on the success of campaigns and activationsLiaise with retailers, customers, agencies and the communityThe ability to proactively solve problems and a determination to deliver quality workAssist with social media strategies, advertising and web contentThe preferred candidate will be:Degree qualified in Marketing and / or experience in a retail marketing positionWillingness to be 'out & about' - This role requires you to be engaging onsite with retailers weekly and visiting various centres.Excellent customer service experience and a proven ability to build strong relationships with client groups.Experience managing digital assets (social media, online websites).A passion for 'creating' and thinking differently about exciting events and promotions that create engaging experiences for customers.This role is ideally suited for someone who is passionate about creating engaging retail experiences and is familiar with the various functions within a Shopping Centre.
