Our client is a highly reputable accounting firm located Geelong. Due to a promotion within the business, they are looking for a highly motivated and welcoming Corporate Reception / Administrator to join their team.
Reporting to a wonderful Practice Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team.
Key responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Email/records and database management
* Handling client and office correspondences
* Diary management
* Scheduling appointments
* Booking meetings
* Executive and administrative support to the Director and overall team
* Any other administrative tasks as required by the Practice Manager
About you:
* At least 12 months experience working in Australia in professional services or a corporate environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems and processes'
* Well presented and professional appearance
* Fun, bubbly and energetic personality
