Opportunity to join Westpac's Mortgage Operations BCM Team Established career path and progression opportunities Adelaide or Sydney based permanent role (2 days per week from the office) How will I help?We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager who will provide 1st Line Risk and Compliance advice to the Mortgage Operations Business.You will ensure that Mortgage Operations meets all requirements as a part of the operational risk framework, as well as continue to partner with the Mortgage Operations Leadership team to drive improvements in risk maturity.You will also lead up to 4 BCM Managers, ensuring high quality control testing, risk in change assessments as well as strong oversight of incident and issue management.A customer focused risk approach will be invaluable in this role as we support our stakeholders to delivery great customer outcomes.You will also: Provide risk expertise to the business in the identification, assessment, and actioning of risk and controls to drive a strong risk and controls culture that helps achieve business objectives Lead a team of 4 BCM Managers;
