About the ABK joint venture ABK JV, which a strategic joint venture partnership with Abergeldie, BMD and KBR was selected as one of two industry partners to deliver major infrastructure upgrades under their Integrated Planning and Delivery model for South East Water for the next ten (10) years.
This program will ensure quality and reliable water, sewerage, and recycled water services across the South East.
About the opportunity We are expanding our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team to support the Joint Venture with increased safety demands across critical infrastructure projects.
As an HSE Advisor, you'll play a vital role in embedding safety practices and ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental (SQE) standards across the project lifecycle.
This position involves collaborating closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to integrate proactive safety measures, conduct project-based safety assurance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll bring to the team You will have previous on-site experience across construction projects/disciplines in a HSE Advisor role.
Membership and/or certification with a relevant professional body, such as the Australian Institute of Health and Safety will be seen positively.
Minimum Diploma Work Health and Safety.
Construction Induction White Card.
C Class License.
Civil construction site environments.
Water industry experience (highly desirable) Strong WH&S system management.
