Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Coordinator & Site Supervisor to oversee construction teams, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project coordination capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Gantt charting, and expertise in safety and quality management.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of construction teams, including recruitment, training, and guidance
* Development and enforcement of safety policies, conduct of toolbox meetings, and management of SWMS, JSA, and SOPs
* Planning, scheduling, and ensuring on-time, quality project completion within budget
* Maintenance of safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
* Conducting site inspections, equipment maintenance, and progress reporting
Qualifications and Skills
* White card, Forklift license, Working at Heights certificate, and valid driver's license
* Strong leadership and project coordination capabilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Gantt charting
* Expertise in safety and quality management
* Problem-solving skills (RCA & RCCA)
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
