Employee Relations and Integrity ConsultantDepartment of Primary Industries and Regional Development WA – Perth WAAbout the opportunityThere is currently one (1) permanent level 4 and two (2) permanent level 7 positions available for immediate filling.Integrity Consultant, Level 4The Integrity Consultant conducts investigations based on notifications and complaints, analysing evidence and making recommendations for enforcement actions. They compile case information to prepare reports and briefs for decision makers and provide information and education on integrity matters to relevant stakeholders.Principal Integrity Consultant, Level 7The Principal Integrity Consultant oversees the Department's Integrity Coordinating Unit, responsible for the department-wide complaint system. They lead misconduct assessment, prevention, education, and detection in line with the department's Integrity Framework and WA Public Sector Ethical Foundations. The Principal Integrity Consultant handles disciplinary matters, providing advice and support to executives, managers, and staff on case management and investigations, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks.Principal Employee Relations Consultant, Level 7The Principal Employee Relations Consultant fosters productive relationships within the People and Culture team and with various stakeholders. They lead the delivery of a strategic, customer-service and solutions focused advisory service on organizational, industrial, and employee relations. The Principal Employee Relations Consultant handles complex negotiations and represents the Department.
