We are seeking a Senior Officer Mobile Device Support to provide mobile device and front-line device based application support for AV's fleet of iOS and Android devices for our Service Management Department.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Ballarat Business Centre in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Field Services Asset Lead, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Manage and approve change requests from AV's mobile partner(s)
Manage the mobile support queue ensuring prompt response and resolution for support incidents and service requests, consistent with Service Level objectives
Build strong internal relationships by responding to customer escalations across Ambulance Victoria
Provide advice and guidance to Ambulance Victoria staff for mobile device related queries and processes
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess:
A degree or relevant industry certification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience
Demonstrated experience delivering digital & technology support services that preferably include mobile device support in a corporate environment
Knowledge of Telecommunications expense management systems
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to self-manage workload and priorities
