Providing secretarial and administration support to a Partner, Legal Director and their team you'll enjoy being involved in a wide range of property law matters as well as the opportunity to use your initiative and take on additional responsibilities.
Some of your key duties will include but not limited to; • diary management, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements • open and close matters • produce standard practice correspondence including legal documents, reports and contracts and work on lengthy documents • prepare monthly billing and client reports • liaise with clients and other parties • daily electronic and physical filing and general administration Our client is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Legal Assistant with a happy disposition and a "can do" attitude who enjoys being part of friendly, supportive team.
