Senior Credit Manager - Property & Health
Our client is seeking a Senior Relationship Credit Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be part of a targeted growth area backed by a supportive, results-driven leadership team and investment in new systems and technologies. What you'll do:
* Manage a portfolio of Property customers with a customer-centric approach
* Collaborate with Product Partners and the broader credit team to structure deals
* Build valued relationships with operations teams to build efficiencies and minimise non-lending losses
* Apply strong credit and industry portfolio analysis skills towards credit proposal recommendations
* Manage compliance and assess both new and existing transactions
* Adhere to Group Audit requirements, meet QA and Audit compliance standards, ensuring all matters raised are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
* Work closely with lending services to minimise provisions
* Demonstrate mastery of your specialisation, skills and capabilities within the Commercial mid-market & specialist segment domains
* Develop and maintain a strong awareness of the relevant property industry, key trends, economic trends and market forces
What you bring:
* Ability to build long-term client relationships supported by best of class customer satisfaction outcomes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage C-suite executives, business owners, and financial decision-makers.
* Strong understanding of Commercial mid-market banking products and ability to analyse financial statements.
* Ability to identify financial opportunities for clients and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
* Ability to negotiate and structure complex and customised banking deals.
* Proficiency in evaluating credit risk and managing the lending process, including structuring credit facilities.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management principles and how to mitigate risks.
* Experience in leading teams and ability to work with senior management.
