Your Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Communication Strategy: Design a comprehensive communication plan to support LC4 workforce transformation, including key messages, channels, and timelines. Content Creation: Develop engaging content, such as newsletters, briefings, presentations, and FAQs, tailored for diverse Defence stakeholders. Channel Management: Oversee communication across platforms (intranet, social media, email) to ensure timely and consistent messaging. About You: You are a skilled Communications Manager with at least 7 years of experience in developing and executing communication plans, ideally within Defence or similar organisational environments. Your strengths in content creation, stakeholder management, and communication strategy will drive successful outcomes.Must-Have: Relevant qualification in communications and a minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic communications.
