Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) in Geelong.
As the face of Stratpharma, you'll build strong relationships with pharmacies and drive sales growth for our exciting range of products.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own territory, utilize your sales expertise, and see the direct results of your efforts.
Your Responsibilities:
* Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, cycle, and annual sales targets within your designated territory.
* Expand Our Reach: Increase the distribution and volume of Stratpharma products in existing pharmacies and introduce our products to new ones.
* Develop Key Accounts: Promote and grow our products within Pharmacy Groups, increasing market share for our key brands.
* Merchandise & Promote: Negotiate prime shelf space, implement eye-catching POS displays, and plan promotional activities to boost brand awareness.
* Educate & Inspire: Conduct product knowledge and sales training programs for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants, creating a positive sales environment.
* Generate Pull Through: Deliver literature and samples to GPs to drive customer demand for our products in pharmacies.
* Become a Product Expert: Develop and maintain exceptional knowledge of Stratpharma products and stay informed about competitor offerings.
* Manage Your Territory: Maintain accurate store profiles and efficiently manage your territory using CRM tools.
* Plan Your Week: Develop effective call patterns with your manager to ensure all pharmacies are serviced regularly, with key accounts receiving monthly attention.
* Stay Organized: Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time, including timesheets, expense reports, and CRM updates.
* Manage Stock & Materials: Maintain allocated stock and marketing materials, ensuring they are in excellent condition and used effectively.
* Collaborate with the Team: Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, and conferences, and collaborate with your team to achieve success.
About You:
* You have a strong understanding of the pharmacy retail market and pharmacy wholesalers.
* You possess excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
* You have strong territory management and organizational skills.
* You have basic computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* You hold a valid driver's license.
