About the role This varied Full Time role reporting to the Branch Manager is dedicated to providing customer service support to our existing customers whilst also spreading the Superior name and products to new and potential customers. You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing accounts. Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts. Identify opportunities and generate leads. Assist customer queries about products, prices, availability, and product uses. Start to end management of your customer accounts. Review and analyse weekly and monthly reports (call cycles heat maps, sales/gross profit margin data, and account profitability). Perform administrative duties such as preparing monthly reports, sales proposals, quotes, and applications, and maintaining call logs and sales records. Other administrative tasks as required. All about you Minimum 2 years experience in Sales / Account Management. Prior experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment. Prior FMCG and foodservice experience will be highly regarded. A passion and attitude for providing an outstanding customer experience. Present with a calm, friendly, and confident telephone manner. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be efficient with computers including Microsoft Suite. Must possess a valid Australian driver's license. Must be a problem solver. What we can offer Long-term job security.
