The Role:
Provide an efficient and effective reception service to all clients and centre-based staff, as well as administrative and clerical support to OHST staff and external service providers. Liaise and assist in the coordination of the day-to-day functions of the Dental Centre and community clinics. Provide clerical support in relation to the administrative functions associated with primary patient care.
You will need:
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with all disciplines of professional staff.
* Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a team in a busy, demanding work environment, along with well-developed time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
* Demonstrated ability to work with difficult and demanding clients, including a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
Details of appointment:
Multiple permanent, full-time and part-time, day worker positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Part-time working 45.36 hours per fortnight. Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays each week. Casual hours as and when required. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 pro rata per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022 .
