About the opportunity: Position: Clinical Nurse
Vacancy: Permanent full-time
Location: North Ward Community Care Team, Vincent
North Ward Community Care Team provides a range of services to consumers in the short, medium, and long term. These include: Individual treatment programs, family interventions, individual and group therapy, psychology services, psychiatric outpatient clinics, and case management. The Community Mental Health Service provides community-based assessment and treatment using case management in the context of a multi-disciplinary team, for people with moderate to severe mental health problems.

Salary range: $107,960 to $115,604 p.a. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.Probation period may apply.Pre-employment checks will be conducted.Please refer to the Role Description for further details.
