This is a brand-new position for an experienced manager who will willingly collaborate with health professionals and corporate leads to devise and execute contemporary talent attraction/sourcing initiatives and strategies across SMHS. We are seeking someone who has a passion for improving the candidate experience and thrives on building capability in their team. Predominantly based in Fremantle (where we have a large redevelopment occurring in our mental health area), you will play a critical role in providing fresh thinking and creativity to support our health care staff with contemporary and inclusive approaches to local and international recruitment whilst adhering to our legislative requirements. Your experience in talent attraction metrics and working within limited budgets will support success in this role.
