About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for launching and maintaining an ecommerce platform, lead management reporting, and driving customer engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and optimise the ecommerce platform to drive sales. • Manage lead generation and reporting for key digital initiatives. • Analyse data and provide insights to stakeholders. • Develop and implement customer retention strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns. What We’re Looking For: • Tertiary qualification in digital marketing or a related field. • Previous experience in ecommerce is highly regarded. • Intermediate Excel skills (must-have). • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics is preferred. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Project management experience is desirable. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
