Our team of talented OTs provide exceptional education and support not only to their clients, but to each other.The role Our Early Career Program is an individually tailored education and professional development pathway to give you the skills and support you need to work in a community setting. This program is structured to provide opportunity for students to commence as Allied Health Assistants and support you to learn the basics of case noting, and observation while developing clinical reasoning.The team vibes.Access to 24/7 external, confidential wellbeing support.Opportunity to work the days and hours that work best for you.Industry-leading remuneration.Allowances paid with your salary for use of your car, technology, and home office set up if required.Access to a $6000 CPD budget for course costs and paid study days to further develop your clinical areas of interest.Day-to-day Your day-to-day will include:Orientation to the NDIS and the OT Group.Shadowing and support from experienced clinicians during your onboarding and in an ongoing capacity.Scheduled formal supervision on a weekly basis.Access to colleagues for informal support at all times.Support from our Early Career Mentor and leadership team.Access to support from senior clinicians and clinical subject matter experts in an ongoing capacity.Access to resources developed by our team to support learning across all areas of practice.Varied caseload: adult and paediatric cases with physical, neurological, and psychosocial diagnoses.Participation in varied assessment types: complete functional assessments, housing assessments, life skills training, home modifications, and assistive technology assessments.Administration of ongoing therapy and contribution to intervention planning and goal setting.Celebrating the great work that you and your team are doing on a weekly basis.Opportunity to learn and develop in specific areas of practice and tailor your caseload as you progress.What you need Qualification or current enrolment in Occupational Therapy studies.Minimum 2 years of study before 2025.Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance and enrolment in Occupational Therapy studies.Evidence of current AHPRA registration or pending registration.NDIS Worker Screening Check or eligibility to apply.Current driver's licence and vehicle.How to Apply Click 'Apply Now' below.
