You could be a Home Finance or Loan Manager, Mortgage Manager or Specialist, or Broker, Lending Manager or Specialists, or Associate, ready to take a next step in your banking career as Premier Relationship Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Create a connection with our customers by understanding their needs
2. Manage customer enquires in a timely and efficient manner
3. Demonstrate HSBC values and behaviours
4. Provide comprehensive and professional banking services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards
5. Contribute to a collaborative team environment
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record in customer excellence gained in banking as a Client Relationship Manager, Officer, or Executive in the retail financial services sector
* The desire to develop your financial expertise and grow your career
* Ability to understand and provide solutions to meet individual customer needs by delivering first-class customer service and making a difference
* Proven track record in growing customer portfolios and diverse high net worth customer portfolios
* Relevant experience in personal lending products (including mortgage lending)
* Higher School Certificate completion is essential; relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
