AMAH Workforce Development and Education is a dynamic interdisciplinary team made up of clinicians and lived experience workers providing training and education to Nursing and Allied Health staff working in all areas of mental and addiction health.
We work closely with management and staff to support cultural change and personal development using a collaborative approach.
What you'll be doing As the Occupational Therapy Educator, you will be responsible for discipline specific leadership, workforce planning, implementation and evaluation in AMAH.
In this role, you will support the integrity of clinical practice standards, credentialing, oversight of undergraduate and entry-level programs and vision for future workforce.
You will partner with lived experience leaders and other disciplines to support continuing evolution of a model of care consistent with the recommendations of the Royal Commission in Mental Health.
