**Job Title:** Administration Support
We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment, working closely with all departments of our business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about administration and has a keen eye for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deal Processing: Manage and prepare sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
* Debtors and Creditors Management: Invoicing and payments, handling both debtors and creditors to maintain accurate financial records.
* Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing with a keen eye for detail.
* Manage Banking: Daily reconcile.
* Retail Support: Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for our RACV retail shop.
About You: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Familiarity with debtor and creditor management. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
