Chandler Macleod is seeking dedicated and technically skilled Field Technicians to join our client's team, with opportunities across various projects in Australia.

Full training will be provided, and travel is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Maintenance : Troubleshoot and repair faults on-site and in-factory; assist with SCADA operations, radio communications, and electrical systems.
Field Support : Provide on-call support as needed and collaborate with team members to assist with performance and professional development.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate and timely reports, including system updates and work completion status.
Supervision & Teamwork : Supervise onsite project works when needed and work efficiently as part of a team in dynamic outdoor environments.
Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance : Ensure company vehicles and equipment are maintained to high standards.
Skills & Qualifications Education : Technical trade qualification is desirable.
Experience : Previous experience in installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical products, including 12V DC electrical work (preferred).
SCADA operation and radio communications (preferred).
Experience with mechanical systems and troubleshooting (preferred).
Onsite training will be provided.
Technical Skills : Competence in using computers, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of irrigation systems and pumps is highly desirable.
Personal Attributes : Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Enjoys working outdoors in varying climates.
A "can-do" attitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues proactively.
Ability to follow processes and submit documentation in a timely manner.
Additional Skills & Knowledge Working knowledge of OH&S policies and procedures.
