Work Schedule : Everyday rotating shift between 9 am to 7 pm (8 hours / 1 hour break)
Overview : This is the first retail store and showroom by this Japanese furniture manufacturer to open in Australia, and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to be the first store manager of this unprecedented store that is a collaboration between workstyle and lifestyle. All products are Japanese, Scandinavian and European designed, high quality, long-lasting, and developed with great care. Training in Japan is also planned.
Responsibilities : The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the operation and management of the store, maximizing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and supervising and developing staff. This position focuses on overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory, developing sales strategies, and improving customer service. The Store Manager must be able to lead a team and implement strategies to achieve goals. It is also critical to build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing them with the right products and services. Additionally, the Store Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by analysing sales data and understanding market trends. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are required. As a Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the success of the store and grow with the team.
