About the Role As the Inclusive Support Manager, you will oversee the delivery of our Early Years Inclusive Autism Support service, ensuring best practices in supporting children aged 1-5 years. You will manage the day-to-day operations, lead a transdisciplinary team, and contribute to the strategic direction of the program in collaboration with the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and manage staff performance, training, and development.Deliver specialist clinical support to ensure best practices for children and service delivery.Develop and implement innovative service solutions, aligned with NDIS requirements.Engage with early childhood and disability community stakeholders to influence policy and service improvements.Facilitate collaborative research to advance inclusive autism support methodologies.About You Essential: A university degree in Education or Allied Health.Demonstrated leadership and management skills.Extensive clinical experience supporting neurodivergent children and their families.Strong understanding of NDIS processes and requirements.Proven ability to drive program development and strategic planning.Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Compliance Requirements: Victorian Working With Children Check.NDIS Worker Screening Check.Why La Trobe?
