Join our team as a Senior Manager in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team, with a specific focus on gender equity.

What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our gender equity initiatives.
From developing targeted programs and evolving policies, to delivering training that fosters awareness and understanding, your day will be varied and impactful.
You'll analyse gender-related data to inform strategic decisions, champion partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and manage high-profile programs such as WGEA certifications and Family Friendly Workplaces.
Through advocacy and leadership, you'll ensure our organisation continues to advance its DEI goals.
Core Role Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Create and implement effective and targeted gender equity strategies aligned with our DEI objectives.
Policy Enhancement: Evolve policies and processes to support gender equity, particularly through our Talent lifecycle.
Educational Initiatives: Develop and facilitate training sessions to enhance awareness and understanding of gender equity issues.
Data-Driven Insights: Ongoing analysis of gender-related data to identify trends, monitor progress, and inform strategic decisions.
Collaborative Engagement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to champion gender equity initiatives and build new partnerships.
Program Oversight: Manage the implementation of gender equity programs and certifications (e.g., WGEA, Family Friendly Workplaces) ensuring compliance, effectiveness ad impact.
Advocacy and Communication: Advocate for gender equity and promote its importance within the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you'll be passionate about the business case for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and driven to make an impact.
You'll have experience designing and delivering strategies that drive real change and a proven track record of developing market-leading programs within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
You may have all or some of the following skills and experiences: 6–8 years of relevant experience in HR, DEI, or a similar role, with experience driving effective gender equity initiatives highly regarded.
Exceptional problem-solving and strategy design skills—you're innovative, analytical, and results-driven.
Outstanding project and program management experience, with a strong ability to plan, execute, and deliver.
Confident and clear communication skills—both verbal and written.
A proven ability to overcome barriers and execute initiatives with tenacity and drive.
Experience engaging with a broad range of senior stakeholders to gain buy-in and alignment.
Creative and innovative thinking to design impactful, forward-looking solutions.
Strong analytical skills—you can identify trends, interpret data, and inform strategic decisions.
A strong network and the ability to leverage relationships to champion DEI initiatives.
