Job Title: Executive Assistant

Our client is a leading global investment bank seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for an initial 12-month contract with the potential to become permanent.
The ideal candidate will have over four years' experience as an EA/PA/TA in a financial services or professional services firm, along with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex diaries, coordinating internal and external meetings, calls, and video conferences.
* Maintain team diaries and contacts.
* Answer telephone calls promptly and accurately, providing messages and assistance.
* Arrange travel and book flights and accommodation for the team, considering the whereabouts of bankers, client activities, and travel policy guidelines.
* Process expenses and complete accurate expense reports for the team each month.
* Assist bankers and perform general administration tasks, including researching information, news articles, and project materials as required.
* Coordinate couriers and outgoing mail, distribute incoming mail.
* Perform general administration tasks, including document production (Word) when required, and ad hoc project work.
* Organize client entertainment events, working with the Events Manager and bankers to invite clients.
* Foster a cohesive work environment within the EA team, ensuring effective support cover during lunch hours and other absences.
* Build and maintain relationships with staff in offshore offices.
Experience Required:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Prior experience as an Investment banking or financial services EA/PA/TA.
* Experience in providing support at senior levels of an organization.
* Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues professionally.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
* Extensive experience in admin in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have around four years' prior EA/PA experience from financial services or professional services firms, along with strong communication skills.
