ABOUT THE ROLE As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Delivering evidence-based nursing care; Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team; Ensuring patient and staff safety; Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to deliver patient care; Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, Providing complex and multi-disciplinary care. REQUIREMENTS Current registration with APHRA; Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent; At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute ICU, HDU, or CCU setting; Commitment to Quality Patient Care; Compliance with ACQSHC National standards; Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Ability to work well independently and within a team; Post Graduate Certificate in ICU, HDU, or CCU (or working towards) is desirable; Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused; Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team. REMUNERATION A salary ranges from $35.46- $49.79 per hour, based on your years of relevant experience.
