Our Mission is to deliver evidence-based and patient-centred care in collaboration with other health and non-health partners to improve the health outcomes of individuals, their families, and the broader community. Services are provided at Canterbury, Concord Repatriation General, and Royal Prince Alfred Hospitals, as well as at Canterbury, Marrickville, and Redfern Health Centres. Selected programs offer services in the community and via approved outreach arrangements.In this position, you will be providing pharmacy services and be responsible for the coordination, supervision, and further development of clinical pharmacy services for Drug Health Services (DHS) across the Sydney Local Health District (SLHD). This will include provision of support to dispensaries, provision of education and medicines information services to patients and other health care professionals, and participation as active members of multi-disciplined teams.
